happy 4th!
What a great start to this day! James and I along with some chums ran the Milton 10K. Amidst the scorching heat it was a lot of fun and it was such a great atmosphere! Thank goodness for running and America! James finished 1st in his age bracket (holla!) and I finished 2nd in my own. It was a wonderful morning :)
